CapyCue respects intellectual-property rights and expects customers to do the same. This policy explains how to report copyright infringement involving content hosted or shared through CapyCue and how affected customers may respond.
1. Copyright complaints
A copyright owner or authorized agent may send a written notice containing substantially the following:
- a physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act for the copyright owner;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved;
- identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient for CapyCue to locate it, such as the exact public or embed URL;
- your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law; and
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act for the owner.

Lumivo may register or update a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. Until that registration is completed, this contact remains the correct place to send copyright complaints concerning CapyCue.
3. Response and counter-notice
We may remove or disable access to material identified in a valid notice and notify the affected customer. If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g), including your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and consent to the jurisdiction and service provisions required by law.
4. Repeat infringement
In appropriate circumstances, CapyCue may terminate accounts of repeat infringers. We may also restrict public sharing while a claim is reviewed. Misrepresentations in a notice or counter-notice may create liability. Consider consulting counsel before submitting one.
5. Other intellectual-property concerns
Trademark, publicity, privacy, confidentiality, or other non-copyright complaints may be sent to support@capycue.com. Include enough information for us to identify the content, the right involved, and the requested action.
